All data is stored exclusively on your local machine. Tokens and credentials are never transmitted to our servers.
Refresh tokens and sensitive data at rest are encrypted using AES-256 encryption standards via electron-store.
We use Google's industry-standard OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. Your password is never accessed or stored.
We do not store emails, tokens, or any personal data on remote servers. Everything remains on your device.
Data retention depends on how you use the application:
Stored locally until you remove the account or uninstall the application
Stored locally for debugging purposes; can be cleared manually or upon uninstall
Not stored by CureFreight Dat Load Board. Sent emails exist only in your Gmail account
You have full control over your data in CureFreight Dat Load Board:
You can disconnect any Gmail account from the application at any time, which will delete the associated tokens.
You can revoke CureFreight Dat Load Board's access to your Gmail account through your Google Account settings at any time.
All your data is stored locally on your machine. You have direct access to it and can export or delete it.
Uninstalling CureFreight Dat Load Board will remove all locally stored data, including tokens and logs.
CureFreight Dat Load Board does NOT share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data remains exclusively under your control on your local machine.
No Server Access: We do not have access to your Gmail tokens, credentials, or any personal data stored on your machine.
CureFreight Dat Load Board complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy:
We only request the gmail.send scope to send emails
We only request the userinfo.email scope for account identification
We do NOT access Gmail labels, contacts, calendar, or any other sensitive data
All data is stored locally with AES-256 encryption, not transmitted to external servers
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
Continued use of CureFreight Dat Load Board after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
